Unable to ripping some DVD using dvdfab

Last year I bought Acer laptop and used windows 7 operating system. Then last week I installed dvdfab for doing the copy paste task. Then it will work fine but now some problem arrives in this software and hence the ripping DVD task will not perform using this software. I need to solve this issue. Without using this software I have not able to do the copy paste task. Thanks in advance.
