Alternative for Flash CS5

I am presently within college talking game development program. It is a sequence of classes which will need many software. In class we are given the software to work through. But many of the time we are needed to carry out work out of class. That means wait after school inside the computer room otherwise downloading the software for my computer. We are having CS4 and if I do not wish to wait in the school then I have to download that photoshop along with the CS5 that will cost me around $200. I don’t want to want that much amount on that. So can you tell me that if there is some alternative for flash CS5 that I can use.
