Getting ''unable to connect server'' error in Adobe acrobat setup.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem? During the setup of Adobe Acrobat an error telling me that ‘’Unable to connect to the server’’ comes up. I have Windows Vista operating system. Please provide necessary solution as soon as possible to help me fix this problem. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

Your operating system don’t seems to be an issue. I think you can do is that uninstall the recent Adobe Acrobat then download the Adobe Download Manager which works directly with Adobe servers to help you manage the process of downloading Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat other Adobe files. After this install the Adobe Acrobat .Your installation will be completed successfully without showing any error message such as connecting to servers because you are already downloading it with the help of the server and then installing it.

It seems the set up of Adobe Acrobat which you have is incomplete or it is not licensed setup. I recommend you to download it from official website so that you get a licensed setup which is trust worthy to install in your present system. Also check that the setup which you are downloading is compatible with Windows Vista operating system. Before installing the licensed setup, uninstall the current Adobe Acrobat so that it does not interrupt the installation when you install new setup. During installation fill the necessary required details for smooth, successful and complete installation.

Another possibility of emerging such kind of server errors may be the Antivirus or Antispyware that is installed in your computer which is blocking or you can say interrupting the server that is required for installation to get complete. Change the settings of the Antivirus or Antispyware to enable the installation of the Adobe Acrobat with the server. If that is not possible then temporarily uninstall the Antivirus and install the Adobe Acrobat so that it won’t get blocked like before. After complete installation, reinstall the Antivirus or Antispyware. I am sure your problem will be solved.
