According to me there must be some issue with your Windows registry. There might be some missing links or some corrupt registry files which is causing this issue with your Windows Explorer. I would suggest you to run Registry Cleaner or an optimizer to solve your problem. You can use some third party software like the RegistryBooster, Registry Mechanic, PC Speed Maximizer or TuneUp Utilities for this purpose. They are very well known and one of the best registry cleaners available in the market. Reply if your problem is solved by doing so. And feel free to ask for more queries.

Have you tried disabling Dr.Watson, if not then follow the below steps:

    1. First of all you need to click Start>Run>type Regedit and click ok.
    2. After that navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version
    3. Next, just try to select AeDebug in the right pane ,double click it and enter value 0.
    4. Lastly, you just need to close registry editor, restart your computer.

The error message that you are getting occurs when the Pdm.dll file is out of date. The resolution requires you either to disable script debugging or to update the Pdm.dll file. If you must have the script debugging capability, you have to update the Pdm.dll file. To update your version of the Pdm.dll file, go to the "Download the updates to the Pdm.dll from the product update Web site" section. Otherwise, to avoid this error, disable script debugging in Internet Explorer. More information can be found here.

the modname in my error signature is esarabulezel.dll not pdm.dll. i dont think what you wrote applies to me.

The first steps for this kind of problem that you are facing is to install latest critical updates for windows then run anti virus scan and spyware scan. I also had a similar kind of problem and what I realized was that I had a bad memory chip in my computer. I took the faulty memory chip out and the error messages were gone. As this error message is related to many things, resolution could be different for every other computers.
