Blank Screen on HP ENVY 15 Series

I have an HP Envy 15 series and am installed with Windows 7. The problem is that when the system starts I get a Black screen error. I do not know why this happens? Please help me so I can make the desired change is required and necessary. I have also searched other threads for mine issue solution but I didn’t have the any solution on that. Now I don’t what to do can anyone suggest on this. Will be of great help and I hope a solution for it. It would be better

You have to leave before restoring the hard drive and then update the BIOS and the update package. I hope that as has been done then you can make the desired change and required when needed. It seems that the video card drivers that cannot be installed correctly and caused some errors and this is why they are not able to work well, or get the matter sorted. So to perform the task for which it is essential that you can make changes as necessary. Hope you can make changes that are essential to it. The same goes with the job and work as required.
