A style is nothing but a group of formatting options. The styles present in excel 2007 applied to all data as well as cells in the spreadsheet of excel 2007. After doing lot of research finally I got solution for creating custom formatting style instead of using Microsoft’s default one. The steps for creating custom formatting styles are as below:-
    • Firstly select an individual spreadsheets cell.
    • After selecting cell, apply desired formatting options to that cell.
    • Select Home tab.
    • Open cell style gallery under the cell style option.
    • Open style dialog box by selecting new style option.
    • Give name to new style.
    • And click on ok.

I am not much familiar about excel. My entire work is based on Microsoft word only. When I came across situation like this I simply visit Microsoft’s official site where they provided all kinds of solutions and alternatives for problems. I am sure you will get appropriate solution from same place. If you unable to find the desired one. I will suggest you to prefer guides available on net. This will provide you information, regarding each and every step that you have to perform to achieve this. You still unable to achieve your goal I will suggest you to take help of experienced person, who is master in excel. Hoping to get desired solution as early as possible.
