    Help with bitlocker? Please

Recently I found a new OS, and was dying install it. In my haste I forgot to unencrypt (bitlocker) my external 1TB.

I have EVERYTHING on it. And now I can't get in. Is there anyone out there that knows a way to "beat" it.

    Please help.

System: Now: Alienware x86 win 7
    Was: win 7 Ultimate x64

It is recommended that whenever you use a bitlocker do not forget to create a recovery key. It is small notepad key which is used to retrieve your old password in case you lost. This recovery key is the only way to access your drive. This is supported on those system which has a Trusted Protection Module (TPM) chip on the drive. You can try some command line tools but you have to work on Linux for that to retrieve your data.
