I tried a bit 'on Google and many others have had the same problem, the suggested solution is to de-register the file gif89.dll by the command "regsvr32 / u GIF89a. Dll" typed in "Run." I honestly do not understand if this solution will work or not, but in my case did not work. So regarding this if you guys have any kind of suggestion then please try to share it as soon as it is possible for you guys.
