How i convert USB Raw file to Fat 32

when i connect my USB to computer it show 0 KB. it is not formated. it is displaying write protect error. please help me in this error with detail or software or suggestion

This can be due to the write protection on the pen drive. First try to run low level format. Try cmd for that. Run cmd and then type chdir F:, f id the pen drive. Then again type f: and press enter. Now when the directory is on F: then you can type format f:. Hit enter. This might format your pen drive. If not then this is the issue due to virus. Right click on My Computer and click on Manage. In that choose the drive and then right click to format. You can find that on Disk Management.
