WMP encountered a problem when saving the playlist.

Since previous week I cannot generate a playlist in Windows Media Player 12 on windows 7 64 bit. Furthermore cannot rip cd's. Microsoft has no info about this trouble. Worked okay previous to last week at what time updates were installed. Has there been a means establish on the way to take away Windows Media Player 12 as well as go back to Windows Media Player 11? Or be supposed to discard Windows 7 as well as return to windows VISTA? I have completed what I be familiar with to perform so far, including restore PC to a previous date. At a standstill does not work accurate. If you have any suggestion regarding to this issue, please let me know.

This does work! However I found a problem that at what time I create a new playlist is save it beneath a new created folder known as "playlists". And at what time you close Windows Media Player furthermore reopen you will observe your created playlist is disappeared (however at a standstill in the folder "playlists" and not "my playlists") I cannot discover the problem up till now but let’s hope soon.
