Difficulty in opening Word 2007 Windows files by equations on my Word 2008 for Mac

I am using Word 2008 for Mac but whenever I attempt to open any word 2007 document intended for Windows file but it was not able to open equations and every equation are ridiculous. This is the first time I am getting the problem like this therefore, I don’t have any idea that why this is happening to me. If you have any idea that can help me to understand this then please share that idea with me. Thank you very much in advance for reading and replying to this post.

I would like to tell you that the equations for the Word 2007 are not supported in the word 2008. That is the reason that you are getting that problem. So you need not to search for the solution of this. According to me the only way to get that back is to use the Word 2007 if possible. You can also use the portable office. You need not to install it. Just double click on it and start using that.

You should make a PDF file from the Word 2007 document. There are many software available on internet that will help you to convert the word files to PDF file. Keep the Word 2007 installations up to date and it should be saved as .docx/.docm format. After that, convert it to the PDF format. I hope this will help you.
