I am doing job where I need to use outlook on daily bases for mailing process. And some time I need to do this work at my home also, so I have upgraded my outlook from 2007 to 2010 for better performance. But I have no idea what are the benefits of this new outlook and what is the improvement in new version than older. I want to know advantages of new outlook and limitations so I can use this on maximum level. Also suggest me which operating system is better for new office 2010. I have now Windows XP.

As per my knowledge if you are using mailing process for business or office work purpose then go with outlook 2010. I think it has some applications which are best for the business use. It has faster access of connection and you can communicate with your partner, friends and other users. Its can use as email sharing as well as social network sites. So you can communicate faster and with the more people and as you asked about best operating system for the office 2010 then I will suggest you to go with Windows 7.

I think outlook 2010 is far advanced than 2007 so you can definitely take it. I like its calendar feature which can use full in set reminder and view dates .It can show availability of the person. It’s very easy to use and fast. It has inbuilt folders like Inbox, drafts, sent items, junk emails and delete ,they are giving flexibility in managing emails. It contains all information of your present and previous emails. In this there is troubleshooting utility which help you while trouble in emailing. It’s definitely better than outlook 2007.
