Outlook Express - Importing selected mails

In Desktop mails are deleted in outlook express from August 2007 to September 2010. The mails are in gmail server. Now how to import those deleted mail from Gmail account ?

Well, I have never tried but hope this will help you:

• Open Outlook, go to Settings.
• Now click on “Enable POP for all mail” under POP/Mail forwarding.
• Now click on 'Send/Receive'.

That’s it. By doing this Outlook will download all mails that you have received in your Gmail. If it won't works than go through this Article, hope you will get some more help:

You can open your browser, log into your gmail account, in the trash box, you might see the emails you have just deleted, select them and return them to the Inbox. Then you can see the emails you have just deleted in Outlook.
