    Trial activation error in Office 2010 professional plus

    I had come across with an unspecified error message on my Windows 7. The error message is “Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later. (0XC004C032)”. I am unable to get this problem with my Office 2010 professional plus. What does this error message means? Does anyone have the solution to solve this problem with my Office 2010? Any help related to this problem will be appreciated.

    I have the knowledge about this error message because I have come across with the same error. Actually the error 0xC004C032 occurs when the “activation server reported that new time based activation is not available” on your system. This is the proper meaning of the error 0xC004C032 which you are facing on your system.

    Try the following methods. Before doing this confirm the reg key value for the subsequent.
    Code:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\CONTROL\CLASS\{4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
    Key = UpperFilters
    Value = PartMgr
    If the above give code doesn’t equivalent with the same code then try to modify it through the command prompt.
    reg add
    Code:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\CONTROL\CLASS\{4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} /v UPPERFILTERS /t REG_MULTI_SZ /d PartMgr /f
    And try for activating it again. Hope so you will able to resolve your problem.

    I have tried this and acknowledged a successful message, < Product key installation successful > and the whole thing was accurate in the Registry Editor. But then I am still getting the activation error message. I am interested though, I don't seem to be missing any features so I guess through the period of my trial, I will just carry on by pressing the Cancel button when it is asked to activate.

    You can try for this solution
    Press Start, write cmd in run, press right on the command prompt window and choose “Run as administrator” option.
    In the command box write the following code
    Code:
    Cscript "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office14\ospp.vbs" /inpkey:<product key>
    Include the dashes in the product key as shown. Run any of the Office 2010 application and try activating to make sure if it helps you to solve your problem.
