As per my knowledge I think that making mac games are not so easy or it can not be converted easily from windows. I think for this issue you need to run bootcamp for windows If you want to play games on the mac book. Its not easy to convert any type of changes in the game of mac it can be done only by the developers. I think you may have got my point what I am trying to explain you.

A terrible batch of Mac gamers are running Valve games below Bootcamp so though they will most likely download the Mac ported Valve list, Valve won't create any currency from this if they previously own the PC version. I believe it'll take a while for the currency to start coming in from Mac consumer. You are correct although, this is enormous news for us Mac gamers and we should bear Valve enthusiastically. I this will help you to get the desired solution. you should try to go through the description.

People will purchase Mac games if extra developers discharge Mac versions and extra developers will discharge Mac versions if they observe that people are buying Mac games. I’m certain they'll also be path the number of people who previously own PC versions and are now downloading and playing Mac versions. At a halt, I'd support anybody who can find a Mac Steam game they don't own to graze mutually some currency and do some buying throughout the first week or two. Nothing speaks to firm like cold hard profits numbers. Of course, it won't harm to also download and play any games you previously own throughout the Mac client and get that Steam for Mac player numbers up.

I am be unsure how belongings will record in the future, although - if I purchase Portal 2 during my Mac account will it be noted as a 'Mac sale' for information? I know it shouldn't matter but I at the same time want the best understanding and as well to support Mac gaming. Also am I now a foolish optimist for holding out trust that the terrible lack of communication and support for Dragon Age is because they're going to discharge it from first to last Steam for Mac?

Steam is an application and service which allow gamers to surf and buy games, download them. You want to be logged into Steam to play the games also; hence it does need an active net connection. The large game on it was partially Life 2, but now there are pretty a lot. I think Apple's gaming support has forever been half-hearted. Until Apple has a huge market share they're forever going to resist attracting numerous quality titles; and Apple isn't joining a battle it can't yet win. The means iTunes is leaving, it might not be extended previous to it turn into a software download site for the Mac as well as the iPhone, and could be a huge games distribution, anti-piracy and online gaming service.
