Live meeting link does not work

One of my client is planning to schedule a live meeting but the problem is that his link is not working when it comes from the message. But the same thing was happening before some time but suddenly i stopped opening. I am using an Outlook 2007 on this machine. What could be the reason for link to be not getting opened.

When you receive an email invitation to a meeting Microsoft Office Live Meeting, you can click on the link in the invitation to join the meeting with ease. The e-mail invitation also contains information about installing the meeting client on your computer. You can join a meeting directly from the email invitation. The invitation contains a Join the meeting link that automatically starts the Microsoft Office Live Meeting client and connects you to the meeting. If you join a meeting for the first time, you may need to first install the Microsoft Office Live Meeting client.

Prior to connect a meeting for the primary time then you can verify if the Microsoft Office Live Meeting client is installed on your system or not for which you have to click on Start -> All Programs -> Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007. If the program is listed there then it means that the meeting client is installed. If not listed in the list then you need to utilize the links in an email invitation under New users to install the meeting client.

When you receive an email invitation to a meeting, the invitation shall contain the information you need to access the meeting and to connect to the audio portion of the meeting. The invitation can be for a future meeting (planned) or an impromptu Now meeting at which someone comes to invite you to a meeting in a virtual workspace.

If you try to join a meeting and you have not installed the Live Meeting console or your console is obsolete, the page access to the meeting will redirect you to the Setup page. This page contains links to installation options for the console. If you use a computer running Microsoft Windows, click Install Windows Live Meeting console. This operation, which is to be performed only once, will install the full version of Windows Live Meeting console on your computer.

The Live Meeting console does not require that your browser is configured to allow installation and execution of ActiveX controls. If your browser is configured to prevent you from downloading ActiveX controls signed or initialized and scripting for ActiveX controls marked as safe, a temporary page to access the meeting appears, followed by Page Setup.
In the Access page in the meeting, click Go to Live Meeting.
Then in the Page Setup, do one of the following:

• Click Install and join if you have not installed the console.
• Or click Use the Web console.
