Corel Ventura 10 issue in Windows 7

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7. I have installed Corel Ventura 10 application and the problem is that I am not able to work well for the same that is when I get the implementation of the same that is by executing I get an error message that is "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" Please help me out so that I can make the issue to be sorted well which will be better.

I am not able to access to the admin account. It is asking me for a password. What should I do? I have no idea about the same. When I try to work out with a password it shows invalid. Please is there any process through which I can make the installation without an admin access or run the program.

There is one way. If you do not know the admin password the it will be better that you create a new administrator account that is by accessing to control panel option and then check out for the user account option. Now fill the parameters and then under the manage section choose Admin account. It will be better and then restart the system. Now login using a the newly created account. It will help.
