Inking issue with Onenote 2007

I use a desktop and it is been installed with Windows 7. The problem is with the Onenote 2007 application. I do not know what could have been the issue but it has been a great problem. This has been a big issue for the same. I have tried to erase certain things but the the ink just messes up like anything. I do not know what could have caused. Please help me.
