How to manage corporate email signatures?

I wonder that how will be people managing the setup of corporate email signatures. My friend have wrote a tool which works with an Outlook 2003 and which asks for few details and then it creates the signature automatically. Now he wants to update it to an Outlook 2007. Can you guys suggest some handy tools which can create signatures shortly.

A signature is a small text automatically inserted by the mail client (Outlook or Outlook Express) at the end of email. The signature can be especially handy to insert his address at the end of a message. Create a signature in Outlook Express 4, just follow these steps:
    1. In the main window of Microsoft Outlook Express 4:
    2. Click on the Tools menu
    3. Selecting "Stationery"
    4. Click on the "Signature"
    5. Enter the text to be inserted into a signature or choose the location of a file containing the text to insert
    6. Check "Add signature to the end of all outgoing messages", if you want the signature added automatically to all messages.

If you want to create a signature in Outlook Express 5 or 6 then you have to look in the main window of Microsoft Outlook Express and then click on the Tools menu. Select "Options ..." and then click on the "Signature". Click on "New", Click on "Rename" and give a descriptive name for the signature. Enter the text to be inserted into a signature or choose the location of a file containing the text to insert. Now Check "Add signature to all outgoing messages", if you want the signature added automatically to all messages sent. Note that it is possible to choose a signature based on the email account used by clicking on "Advanced".

In the main Outlook window: Click the Tools menu, Options, then select the Mail Format tab. In the Message Format list, click on the message format with which the signature must be used. Click on the Signatures button, then click New. Enter a name for the signature. In the Text box, enter the text to include in the signature. Note that it is also possible to paste text from another document. It is possible to choose a layout by clicking on Font or Paragraph, however, the formatting will not be effective if the message is sent in plain text only. Finally, it is possible to add an electronic business card in vCard format for signature by clicking Options on business cards (vCard). After creating the signature, it will be included in all new messages, all messages that you reply to or that you are moving, or only a specific message.

If Microsoft Word is your e-mail editor, In the main Outlook window, click Options on the Tools menu, then click the Mail Format tab. In the Message Format list, click the message format that you want to use the signature.
Under Signature, click Signatures, and then click New. In the Type a name for your signature, type the name that you intend to signature. Under Choose how to create your signature, select the option you want. Click Next. In the Signature text box, type the text to include in the signature. In this area, you can also paste text from another document. These options are not available if you use plain text as your message format.

In Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, you can create and store different signatures depending on the circumstances. Create a signature with the relevant information is simple: either a simple signature with just your name or signature detailed with a photo, hyperlink, contact information and several lines of text formatted bringing clarity and highlighting important points. Choose a default signature or add one by clicking the right mouse button. Create, manage and use electronic signatures, it is simplicity itself.
