When ever I refresh a network profile MS office 2003 goes corrupt and needs to be reinstalled. Does any one know how to sort this out, we're working in a citrix environment

Go to Start, and then Control Panel. Double-click Add or Remove Programs, select Microsoft Office 2003 from the list, and then click Change. In the dialog box that appears, click Reinstall or Repair, and then click Next. Click either Reinstall Office or Detect and Repair errors in my Office installation, and then click Install.

Switch to Open Office Org3 from Sun Systems. It has word, spreadsheet, presentation software and best of all it is free. I've been using it for about 6 months and have had zero problems. Just remember when you want to send a document as an email attachment to change type to .doc
