Error message 0x800423f0 when performing system backups in Windows Server 2008

I am having the problem with the Windows Server 2008. I am posting here thinking that you people will help me sooner (like usual ). The problem is that in a Windows Server 2008-based Exchange Server 2007 Cluster Continuous Replication (CCR) cluster environment, the log file path for the storage groups point to the root of a mount point. When I try to backup performance systems is the state of the CCR passive node cluster, I receive the following error message:
"Backup of System State failed [Date Time]
Log of files backed up Successfully
    '<path Of Log-File>'
Log of files for backup failed Which
    '<path Of Log-File>'
Failure in a Volume Shadow Copy Service operation.
ERROR - Volume Shadow Copy Service operation error <0x800423f0> the shadow copy set only contains only a subset of the volumes needed to backup the selected Correctly components of the writer".

This problem underinsured motorist Because The XML metadata, That Is created by the Exchange writer is the passive node of the RAC cluster differs from the metadata engine that the Windows Backup expect. If the file path for the log files point to the root of a mount point, the Windows Backup engine Anticipate the physical path for the log files to end with a trailing backslash. However, Exchange Server 2007 writes the physical path information without a straggling backslash. Then, Exchange Server 2007 exceeds the physical path information to the Windows Backup engine.

To work around this problem, follow these steps:
    1. Create a subdirectory in the root of the mount point that hold the log files for the storage groups.
    2. Reconfigure the RAC cluster n that the path of the log files for the storage groups points to the subdirectory.

I think that creating the volume mount point will solve your issue. When you create a volume mount point on a Windows Server 2008 failover cluster, you must FOLLOWING Consider the key items:
    1. A volume mount point clustered Can not Be created and Between NONCLUSTERED disks.
    2. You can not create a volume mount point we witness the gold disk is the disk That Is Used For The "No Majority: Disk Only" quorum type.
    3. Volume mount points are transparent to programs.
