I cant unblock contacts on my msn messenger for mac

I am having an issue regarding which i need your help. Actually i have installed the MSN messenger in the Macbook and using the same but i am having problem in blocking the contact in the same. I have blocked the contact in the MSN but it is not yet blocked. So if any one can then please help me for finding the solution for this. Thank you.

If the MSN is not responding to the request of yours then i think that there might be some corrupt installation for the same file is available for the same. If you wanted to get rid of this the it is advisable that you should reinstall the MSN messenger. So if yo can then reinstall the MSN Messenger and you will will be done.

I think to work with the issue of yours you have to go through the clearing of the History which will let you unblock the contact. Just clear the Account History from the Computer and then try to unblock the contact of your choice. This is working solution which will work with the problem of yours. So try this out and see the response.

I have also got the one working solution for the problem of yours which i got and followed the below given step and got it working. So if you can then just go through the same and see whether it is working for you or not.

• Shut Down MSN
• Open "/user/library/preferences/microsoft/ "
• Delete "Microsoft Messenger User Cache.plist"
• Thats it!!!!

• Click hard disk drive Icon
• Click Users
• Now click on System user name
• Click on Library
• Go to Preferences
• Click on Microsoft
• Drag the com.microsoft.messenger.plist, Com.microsoft.MessengerDaemon.plist, MSN Messenger User Cache files to the Trash
