Copy Paste issue with CSS in Dreamweaver CS4

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7. I have installed Dreamweaver CS4 application to the system. The problem is with copying and pasting things to other section that is when I press ctrl+c button it selects all the thing. I do not want this. Please do help me out so that I can make the aspects to be embedded. Please do help me out to get sort of the thing and function as needed.

The problem seems to be with the application. It could be that the application may have some bug and this is the reason that you are not able to get the thing to work and process.
