Graphics Card NVIDIA 8400 GS Problem

My NVIDIA 8400 GS. I know its not good!

is not working correctly i cannot set the display setting from 4bit to 32bit and i cant change the resolution and i have vertical lines on my monitor when i run the integrated it works fine! :

Have you tried uninstalling the driver for the graphic card from the computer and after that clean installing it again to the latest driver? Also, you have to disable integrated graphic card to use another graphic card on your board by going into the bios. Download Driver Cleaner by searching it on google, it is a program which helps you to remove parts of drivers that are left after uninstalling the old drivers.
