Arrow Acrobat reader Error: No source

I have been using a custom made desktop which is installed with windows 7. for some time now, I can not install certain programs, such steam, the update opera, etc. Each time, when the installation starts, I'm entitled to "Error 1500 No source". Another installation is in progress. Finish then before installing again. Now I'm rebooting (and search the web solution), it does not work. Anybody have an idea. Thank you

If you are getting the "Error 1500 - Another installation is in progress, you must complete before continuing this installation" try the steps which i have mentioned below
    • Click on Start menu
    • Run and type "services.msc" without the double quotes
    • Double-click on a service called Windows Installer.
    • In the Startup type drop-down select or Click to Manual.

This problem is caused because of the Setup of Microsoft Windows can be had interrupted due to power failure, an unexpected closure of System or a problem of System. You may need to delete some registry entries order to continue the installation of Adobe Creative Suite4. You can reinstall the program manually.

If updating the software Adobe Reader ends in failure or if the uninstall via the control panel is impossible, the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility will properly uninstall Adobe Reader.
    1. Download and install the utility Windows Installer CleanUp Utility .
    2. Pull down the menu "All Programs".
    3. Click on "Windows Install Clean Up" to launch it.
    4. In the list that appears, select "Adobe Reader". (Note: nothing else)
    5. Click on "Remove" and then "Exit".
    6. Restart your computer.
    7. Make sure that the installation has occurred.

I would suggest you to perform the following operations on your system.
    • Start the Windows Registry editor for Windows XP
    • Selected the -> Run, then type regedit in the Open text box and click OK for Windows Vista
    • Click Start, then type regedit in the Search text box and press Enter.
    • Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Installer \ in progress.
    • If it is in progress Submitted, delete it.
    • Try installing the Adobe Creative Suite4 again.
