Best email program for Win 7

I have been using an Acer laptop installed with windows XP which is upgraded to windows 7. Since i have started using it just now and am not very much familiar about it. Will get adapted to it within somedays. But i wanted to know whether there is an inbuilt email client available for windows 7 or are there any new email client. please let me know which is the best program for Win 7.
