what are their source and how to seed anything(software, movie or anything)

In torrent software like BitTorrent, a peer is one instance of a BitTorrent client which runs on a computer over the Internet through which other clients connect and transfer data. In general a peer does not contain the complete file, but only a part of it. On the contrary, the seeds have the complete file and are actively sharing those. The high numbers of seeders, the better is the chances of getting download speed.
