Can't send messages using iChat

I have a Macbook pro and it is been loaded with Mac OS X. I use iChat application for chatting. The problem is that I was using 3 way chat while working on a project. Then I minimized the Windows and started to work. then I put the system on standby. As it is been I started the system and the iChat popup always comes up whenever I start the system. I have closed the application properly. Still I get the same also now I am not able to send messages. Please help.

I would suggest you out a solution for the thing. All you need to do is to just follow the steps as mentioned below:

• Get access to the home folder
• Now navigate through library and then to preferences
• Now delete anything that starts with com.apple.ichat

You may now get to a better solution.

The problem would basically relate to the application. I guess the application may have been appended with some problem so in order to get sort of it all you need to do is to get a new copy of the application. This will definitely help you out to sort the thing. I hope you may be able to perform accordingly well for it. So look out.

There is another way through which you an make the issue to be sorted and that is by reinstalling the application. It may be that he software is been appended wit some bug and hence it needs to be removed. Reinstalling the application would help you out well. As the removal of application will make the bugs to be eradicate as well. Now install the fresh copy of the same.
