Painting in Photoshop CS5

Hello everyone,
I am trying to draw some paintings in Photoshop CS5. I have downloaded an official version which is the trial pack. Since, I am working with the photos and paintings, I want to know more about the features that are present in Photoshop CS5. Currently I am using the CS3 which is not so tough. But moving on the higher versions obviously needs some more study about it. So thought that someone will explain me about this. Please provide some details about it as early as possible..!!

Using the Brush tool to paint mixer is an important while doing the painting in Photoshop CS5. The blender brush simulates realistic painting techniques such as mixing colors in the work area, the combination of colors on a form and varying humidity of the paint on a path. Using of the mixtures in paining is more useful. Because the Mixture controls the relationship between the painting of the work area and paint the tank.
