Error Message: Exception EOSError in module

Hi: I have a Dell Studio 540 with Windows 7 premium home 64 bit operating system. It's not even 5 months old. Today I started getting this error message: Exception EOSError in module rtl70.bpl at 0001823A system error code: 1400 invalid window handle.

It has happened everytime today that I have turned the computer on..it loads everything but when I click on a desktop icon or something in the taskbar..that's when I get the message.

I have run virus scan, clean cache, done a disk cleanup..don't know what else to do...please help!!!!

I think the some of the system files of the Windows 7 operating system in your Dell Studio 540 because of which you are getting the Error Message: Exception EOSError in module. According to me you should try to repair the operating system using the installation disc of the Windows 7 operating system.
