    Features of Licence Protector

I want someone to help me with the features of Licence Protector. This is a software that has been recommended by my friends as a very useful one. They too, are no acquainted with its specifications, because I guess that it is a new technology released. I also to know that if it has any additional system requirements to run the same? What are the operating systems that it supports? All possible replies and comments are duly appreciated.
