How to create videos from pictures?

I have many photos which all are good memories of my past life. I have been searching for the software or any method to convert all this pictures in to a video. Can anybody give me some suggestions from where i can create videos from pictures? Is there any software which can do this directly by just adding the photos?

To create video slideshows from your photos, you do not need to invest in expensive software. Indeed, with the video editing software free Windows Live Movie Maker, you can perform such activities. If the software was originally intended to film editing, you can completely import images to create the frame of your video. You can choose the order of appearance of images and the display time of each. Effects and transitions, you will subsequently bind to these elements smoothly.
