Windows live messenger error code 8004840a

Hi,

I have a problem with my Windows Live Messenger. When I try to connect my messenger, I get the following error message:

"You could not connect to Windows Live Messenger.
Please try again later. To let us try to solve the problem, click the Troubleshoot button."

I do a lot of research regarding a connection error with Windows Live Messenger but didn't helped. Can you tell me how to solve windows live messenger error code 8004840a ???
