I had upgraded my windows clients to VLC1.0.2 and my real time encoding of the h264 can not be working. The video can be plays better hence after that the video can just become choppy and then catch up later. I can have modified the bellowed settings in VLC 1.0.2 as :
1. Get into VLC
2. Select on Tools.
3. Select on Preferences
4. Bottom right of the screen click on "All" Under the show Settings Box.
5. Select on the + next to Input / Codecs
6. Select on the + next to Video Codecs
7. Select on x264
8. Modify setting "B-Frames between I and P" from 3 to 0
9. Modify setting "Number of reference frames" from 3 to 1
10. Modify setting "Quality Based VBR" from 23 to 0
11. Modify setting "Set QP" From -1 to 40
12. Modify setting "How AQ distributes bits" from 2 to 1.
13. Modify Setting "Strenght of AQ" from 1.00 to .50
14. Select Save
Still I am finding problem. So, Can anyone has any solutions?
