    Using Overseer to check Mac performance

    To analyze my Mac performance I want to use overseer. I had seen this tool which is used to give out information like ram usage, CPU usage, and other monitoring resource. Does this is really effective to use. I just want to check out those applications which are making my computer low. I want to check out those from this to improve performance.
