Fast And Furious Icon set is not able work

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have installed an application that is Fast And Furious Icon Set to the system but the problem is that the application is not able to work out well. I have no idea why is this happening? Please do help me out in order to sort the issue and make it to function well. Thank you.

The application that is been installed may have some bug issue appended to the same. It could be that the application is not able to work out well.
