Issues while working with .art file in Office Document

Hi everyone,
I am facing the problem while trying to save an .art file from the Website. Also many times the I am not able to paste an image from the website. After pasting an image only the blank space appears in the documents. I have tried to do lot of things but I am not succeeding in it. Now I am experiencing problems when working with a. Art in an Office document. So thought to take help from you guys.!! Please explain me the solution for an issues while working with .art file in Office Document. Thanks in Advance.!!

When working with a file. Art in a document in one of the Microsoft Office programs, some errors that you get are described as follows :

• When you try save a file. Art from a Web site, the file type. Jpg does not appear in the Save As dialog box.
• A thumbnail preview for the file. Art is not available.
• When you open a file. Art downloaded from the Internet, you receive an error message that resembles the following :
  
  • Sorry, you can not open this file.

I am providing some more errors that you can observe while working with an .art file in Office Documents. The following is the list of the same :

1. When you try to paste a file. Art from a Web site, the picture appears in the document. You may receive a blank box instead of the image.
2. When you try to insert a. Art in a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation, you receive the following error message :
   
   • Failed to import this file file_name.
3. To determine the unique number that is associated with the message, press CTRL + SHIFT + I. The following number appears in the lower right corner of this message :
   
   • 701725
4. When you insert a. Art in an Office document, you reduce the image quality.

These problems may occur if the. Art is compressed. You can compress a file .Art if the following conditions are met :

• Use America Online (AOL) to download the file .Art.
• The AOL software is configured to compress graphics. This setting is the default setting for AOL.

Graphic files that are downloaded through AOL are stored as compressed images or files Grace Johnson .Art.

To save the image in a different format, use the following. Using Microsoft Internet Explorer or another browser to download and save the image on the web in a different format. To do this, follow these steps :

1. Right-click or right-click the image in Internet Explorer and then click Save Image As.
2. In the Save as type, click one of the following: JPEG (*. jpg)
3. Bitmap (*. bmp)
4. JPEG (*. jpg)
5. Bitmap (*. bmp)
6. In the File name box, type a file name for the new.
7. Click Save.

Use a graphics program to save the image in a different format.

To turn off AOL's graphic compression, follow these steps :

1. Connect to the Internet through AOL. Then the following website:
   http://www.aol.com
2. Click on the AOL.
3. In the configuration menu, click Preferences.
4. Click Internet Options (WWW).
5. Click to clear the check box Always compress graphics.
6. Click to select the box Never compress graphics.
7. Click Apply.
8. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog (WWW).
9. Click OK to close the Options dialog box.

On AOL graphics compression after save, open, paste or insert an image into an Office document. When disabled the graphics compression, you may experience slow browsing AOL.
