Kaspersky internet Security 2010 or Norton Internet Security 2010 - Which is better...

I am having the desktop computer system which has the Windows 7 operating system. My most of work happens on the internet, so i am looking for good internet security software and for the i have selected the Kaspersky internet Security 2010 and Norton Internet Security 2010 but not able to make decision for selecting anyone from these two. So i am here to get help from you people. Suggest me which is the better security program from both of these.
