What is ApHeMo?

Hello, I am using windows 7 on my computer and i am going to use Apache Http Server on this computer. My friend suggested me to use ApHeMo, but the fact is that i do not what it is. Can anybody tell me that what is ApHeMo and for what purpose it can be used?
