can we add video effect on VLC

I am not sure but I have seen that VLC player has an option of adding up different video effects on a particular movie. I had checked out all the options but never found such settings. Does this really exit. Do I can use the VLC player a transcoder if yet then how to do that. The other thing which is needed here to do is adjusting the jump setting and using the loop function in VLC.

If you were intermittent at the same time as watching a video or a movie, and desire or wish to resume from the accurate instant or second you left off, there are two methods to do it. At the same time as playing the movie, you have to go to Playback and then to the specific time and go into the time in dialogue that pops up. The different method to do this is to go to Media and then to the Advanced open file, ensure to ‘Show more options’ and go through the Start Time.

The evasion charge for the ‘Very short’, ‘Short’, ‘Medium’ and ‘Long’ jumps can be distorted as per exclusive favorite. In this VLC you can loop a fraction of a song or a video in excess of and over again. To utilize this characteristic, you have to go to the Tools and then to the Advanced controls. The loop switch is supposed to come into view on the playback bar. Then open the file you wish to play, hit the switch when you come to the fraction on the media you wish to start the loop at. Hit on the switch once more at the section of the file you wish to the loop to end. VLC will at present start playing that fraction of a file in an endless loop till you hit on the loop button again to end the loop.
