NVIDIA Control panel Application, 2.8.290.13 HAS STOPPED WORKING

Hi there people am new to the website so hello. Basically i'm hoping some one can help me. I have an ACER Aspire X3200 running Vista Home Premium service pack 2 32 bit operating system with a AMD Phenom™ 8450 Triple-Core Processor & 3 gig of memory. Anyway have had it for about 8 months now & no probs, just recently i attatched a HDMI cable to it & the other end into a lcd tv which worked okay then all of a sudden in nt last day or two i goto open the NVIDIA Control panel & i get an error saying NVIDIA Control panel Application, 2.8.290.13 HAS STOPPED WORKING. I have looked about on the net but not been able to solve this problem, Can someone help please?

Probably the graphic drivers which are installed on the laptop have gone corrupt and due to which you are getting such an error. Try removing all the graphic drivers and all the programs related to Nvidia from the computer and then reinstall them again. Hopefully this will solve the problem.
