Disable Spell check in Word 2008

Hi

I need to disable the spelling checker on a powerbook G4 and for the next ACT exam and the state says that the spell check should be disabled and can not turn off, as the ACT requirements state that automatic spelling and grammar checks need to be disabled. So how to disable Spell check in Word 2008 for mac, but can it be locked so that only administrator can re-enable this?

Disabling spelling correction and automatic formatting

1. In the menu Tools, Click AutoCorrect.

2. Clear the checkbox Fix the spelling and formatting automatically during typing.

To specify options for correcting the spelling on the menu Word, Click Preferences, Then under Tools for creating and verifying, Click Grammar & Spelling.

For disabling capitalized and automatic text corrections :

1. In the menu Tools, Click AutoCorrect.

2. Click on the tab AutoCorrect, Then clear the check boxes for the options you want to disable.

To disable the AutoCorrect As You Type, uncheck the box Correction as you type.

1. In the menu Tools, Click AutoCorrect.

2. Click on the tab AutoText.

3. Clear the checkbox Show counseling AutoComplete auto inserts, contacts and dates.
