    It is a very good feature of the outlook 2010 in order to prevent accidental deletion from the outlook 2010 but if you want to delete it without any sort of confirmation then you simply need to change the registry key value from 0 to 1 and you will certainly turn off the delete confirmation in Outlook 2010.HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Office/14.0/Outlook/Preferences

    As far as i know it is not possible to turn off the delete confirmation in outlook 2010 because the outlook 2010 provides a very good feature by confirming the deletion. This certainly prevent accidental delettion of any stuff from the outlook expres. so I think that it would be better if you won't turn it off.

    There is a very simple procedure to turn off the delete confirmation on the outlook express so that it does not confirm the delete actions.

    * Click start and select the search box
    * Type in "regedit" without the double quotes.
    * Find the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Office/14.0/Outlook/Preferences".
    chenge the registry value from 0 to 1.

    No need to mess with the registry. Go to

    -File
    -Options
    -Advanced
    -Other (all the way at the bottom)

    Uncheck "Prompt for confirmation before permanently deleting items"
