    Kaspersky installation reboot loop

    Hello everybody,

I'm facing a problem with kaspersky, when I try to install it (trial version), after a time it says me that i must reboot my PC to continue the installation. I did but when i restart the computer, when I enter my account , it starts the installation, I restarted again after installation ... Basically it makes a loop and I can not install it.

    Thank you for your help

Hi, Which operating system you are using? Is it the latest trail version? May be some issue because you have already some another antivirus installed, is it so? Download the latest version from the below link and do a clean install, first uninstall the kasperskky from your system completely and then install the version provided below.

    Hello,

Try emptying the Temp file (C:\Windows\Temp) and emptying the browser cache:

    • Internet Explorer => Tools / Delete history validation => select "Temporary Internet Files", "Cookies" & "History"
    • Add-ons => Tools / Downloads => empty list and Tools / Delete Recent History => "Interval to delete" select "All"

Restart your PC and relaunch your installation of Kaspersky.

    Hello

Try this, just after the installation: Start the PC in safe mode.

Now just regedit and navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Klif

There should be an entry beginning with the value 1, try the last 2 or 3.

I must say kapersky antivirus is not good antivirus for system, i'll give advice you to switch to NOD32 which is better than kapesky antivirus.

You just have to go on safe mode when your booting your system by pressing F8. Then uninstall kapesky antivirus, install Nod32 its better.

Do you have some other security software installed in your computer? If yes then that might be causing the problem for you. What you can do is, firt uninstall the existing antivirus from the PC and after that you can move on to the installation of the Kaspersky.
