For me, I have not found either, and yet I was with Promac, we had to send one by one address by mail Vcard and recover without problems in "Mail" It is fast enough, of course, it took me three days and about 4:00 hours but well, now brilliant ....and i'm satisfied with what i done.

    2. Click Text File (Comma Separated Values), and then click Export.
    3. Click Browse.
    4. Select the Mail Backup folder that you created.

    • Open Outlook Express File menu at the top of your screen, click on "Import", then "Other Address Book."
    • Select the choice text file, then import them.
    • To locate your stored addresses from the file on the media (CD, USB or other backup media), then select Browse and find your file. The file must end with. Csv.
    • Click "Open" then click "Next."
    • Wait a few minutes and click "OK" and "Close" this screen.
