Fences 1.0 RC1 not able to function with Windows 7

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 as the operating system. I have had installed Fences 1.0 application software that is used to modify the desktop for enhancement. The problem is that it is not able to get install in the system. Please help me out. Why is this happening? Thank you.

The problem is basically related to the application that you are trying to install in the system. You need to check out for the software that you have had downloaded. This is that it may be that the application may have some issue appended to the same. This is because safe mode option generally have low features enabled to it. The application may then would not need to cope with the highly sophisticated features that windows 7 possess. - Click on the start button.
- Go to the control panel option.
- Now open up the add/remove program option.
- Now there would be a number of installed programs list in the window.
- Select the program that you need to remove.
- Click on remove.
- After that restart the system and then install the program again.
