Office SharePoint Server Excel Services editing

Is it possible to edit a workbook which is published on SharePoint Server. If yes then what are the steps to be defined for the same. I have to make some changes in that but the problem is that there is no specific way for that. If I do changes will the site reflect the changes in the same manner.
