Trend micro not good enough to remove threats

Hi. I have a desktop machine Windows 7 installed as the operating system. The thing is that I am not able to able to remove threats from my system . I use Trend Micro application antivirus software tool in order to remove virus threats from the system but it seems that it has no effect on viruses as they are not been eradicated from the system. Please suggest some good tool for the same.

It may not be necessarily be that the antivirus tool that you are using may be the reason for the same. As you are using Windows 7 into your machine it is quite very much essential that the application should be able to cope up well with the system's compatibility. There is a possibility that the antivirus tool may not be configured well with the operating system and needs to be reinstalled.

The software might have gone worn out. It may be that the application software has been appended with some bugs due which it is not able to function accordingly. So try to check out for the issue by removing the tool and then reinstalling it again. Update the antivirus tool first and then scan your system completely. It would then work well for you.
