Hercules DJ console mk2 issues under windows 7

Hi. I have a desktop machine with windows 7 installed as the operating system in it. The problem is that I am not able to install the Hercules DJ console mk2 into my system. It fails the installation process. Also it had install before but did not respond well enough. What could be the issue? Please help me out. Thank you.

The problem that you are not able to install the software may be because that it may have gone corrupted. The installer of the setup may have been worn out and due to which it is quite very much problematic to get worked with the same. You need to check out for the installer that you are using. try to download or get some other installer for the same. It should then help you out.

There is an another way to get sort of the issue. You need to uninstall the installation files of the previously installed application. As you said that it was installed before and due so it might be that some of the files may not have been completely removed. You have to remove those files manually in order to get the new installation process to be done. So check out whether there is any other files that is left behind to be removed.

It may be that the drivers for the tool may not be installed properly and due to which it is not supporting the software properly. There might be the issue with the compatibility feature of the system that is the operating system with the software. So in order to get to the conclusion it would be better that you check out for the driver related issue so that it should not act much.

You can try to run the software under safe mode option. This shall let you to install he application well. The problem can be then sorted out. As the compatibility issue for the software wont matter under safe mode as it do not possess high graphics and features enabled that would require a lot of application or addons in order to get access. So try it out.

There can be a possibility that you the operating system wont support or have the advanced driver for the same. Windows 7 64 built version doe snot support this software as it is not compatible with it. It works well with 32 bit version. So you need to check out whether you use 64 bit version software. This would let you to ge to the conclusion.
