The Mobile Media API (MMAPI) is an optional package that supports multimedia applications on J2ME-enabled devices. If you are using NetBeans 6.0, then install the Mobility plugin and setup a custom J2ME System Library by selecting the directory where you created the “bin” and “lib” folders. This standard Java specification, defined by the Java Community Process (JCP) in JSR 135, is highly flexible. The support offered by this plugin means you might not even need to edit any Ant scripts. Using Java ME Platform to Put the Fun into Your Mobile Device and Cell Phone is a practical build-it-yourself mobile Java games book with lots of complete working code and advice. The emulator binary does not exist in our setup, so change it to run the MicroEmu application, with the appropriate classpath. It has been designed to run with any protocol and format, for example, it doesn't specify that the implementation must support particular transport protocols such as HTTP or Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP), or media formats such as MP3, MIDI, or MPEG-4.

I am not getting your question properly. I have also searched on internet regarding it but not get anything. I have got following application for J2me Mobile Screen Shot:
    1. SnagIt 8.2
    2. T.N.T Screen Capture 1.5
    3. Super Screen Capture 4.0
    4. Crazy Boomerang Screen Shot 2.0
    5. Easy Screenshot 2.0
